Jamaica, surprisingly, finishes without a win; that opening match draw with Guatemala will haunt them for the rest of the cycle.
In Group B, Honduras beat host Cayman Islands 3-0, their first win in their first-ever CONCACAF tournament. The hosts finish their tournament with 0 points.
